Shipping & Delivery
Shipping Information Hours of Operation M-F 10AM-7PM Pacific ST. Most items ship within 24 hours. Astro AVL Inc. offers free shipping on most items anywhere in the continental U.S. Items purchased after 2pm PST on a Friday will ship the following Monday. (Including Express Shipping Items) Astro AVL, Inc. cannot guarantee shipping transit times. Estimated transit times for each specific item are included in the listing information. UPS or USPS tracking with insurance will be provided once item has shipped. Buyers are responsible for having correct shipping address on file. Buyer is responsible for any re-shipping charges due to an incorrect address. Buyer is responsible for any fees incurred to redirect a package to a correct shipping address.
Express shipping is available. PO Boxes ship with USPS; P.O. Box addresses may require additional shipping charges to be paid by the buyer if a permanent shipping address cannot be provided. APO/FPO Military Addresses will be shipped via USPS. Any additional fees incurred for delivery to military addresses is the buyer's responsibility. Shipments may be taxed upon delivery based on location. Import duties, taxes, and charges are the buyer's responsibility. Any customers requiring shipping to areas not part of the continental U.S. including but not limited to Alaska, Puerto Rico, and Hawaii must request a shipping quote prior to purchase. These customers are responsible for all shipping and insurance charges for delivery unless otherwise previously negotiated with Astro AVL, Inc.
Free Shipping
Free Commercial Ground Shipping is offered on all purchases of a minimum of $50. Residential or Home Ground Shipping is not included and will require that shipping rates be applied. Free Shipping only for orders shipped to the 48 contiguous states excluding Alaska, Hawaii and all US Territories and Islands.
Order Processing
Orders will be processed in the order received. Products will be shipped out once payment has cleared.  9.75% Sales Tax will be added to purchases made in CA.  All Payments must be made through PayPal; however, we will accept in store payments from local customers.

Privacy and Security Policy
Personal information may be used to identify an individual. This information includes, but is not limited to, your first and last name, your home or other physical address, your electronic mail address, your credit card number and other similar information. When you visit our web site (www.astroavl.com) and any affiliate or successor site, Astro will ask you for and collect personal information from you in order to provide products and services you request.  In addition, we may use your information to communicate with you, provide customer service and support to you, send e-mails and information about us; and for internal marketing and promotional purposes.
Return-Exchange Policy
Astro AVL Inc. offers a 30 day return policy.  Item(s) must be in original packaging and contain all original materials. Item(s) must be considered in resealable condition.  This means there must be no damage to original packaging, warranty cards must remain blank, and manuals unopened.  All return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.  Shipping and handling charges paid by Astro will be deducted from the total refund amount.
A 5-15% restocking fee will be assessed for each returned item. If the item has been damaged in any way we reserve the right to decline the return request.  If your purchase is incompatible with your setup, or you simply do not like your purchase, we will exchange for an alternative item less our shipping fees (including products with free shipping). Astro AVL recommends insuring items for return. 
If any item is damaged during return shipping, Astro AVL Inc. cannot be held responsible.  Items received with uninsured damages may have a repair deduction reflected in the total refund amount. There are no returns on software, special orders, discontinued items, closeouts, used products, or items considered for personal use such as earphones, mouthpieces; etc. Please contact Astro AVL Inc. for return authorization before shipping item(s) back to us otherwise your return may not be approved. Upon receipt of product, a credit or refund will be issued according to original payment method.
See product for warranty details. The standard warranty requires customers to ship defective products to the manufacturer for repair unless otherwise arranged. Equipment will generally be repaired within a 24 hour period from receipt of equipment unless more time is required. Replacements or repaired components will be shipped back to the customer.  You may also obtain extended warranty, support, and service agreements beyond the first 12-month period.

The contract described on page one (1) of the agreement page includes a dedicated custom system exclusively designated and configured for the system. We request that no changes, additions, or alterations outside the operational realm be made.

If you encounter any problems, we ask that you contact us immediately by phone at (818) 549-9915. Any modifications to any component of the equipment will breach this warranty agreement. Damages beyond the realm of our control including ones resulting from negligence on behalf of your staff, including, but not limited to alteration, addition, and/or replacement of machines, are not covered under the terms of the warranty.

We are an authorized dealer on every product we sell. All products sold are covered by manufacturer's warranty when purchased from Astro AVL Inc.

Standard support is offered Monday to Friday from 10am to 7pm PST.  Saturday support is offered from 10am to 6pm PST.
